  Always has what I need for my babies, and the cats they have up front are from a wonderful rescue called Westscott Acres, so you can trust you're adopting a well cared for pet

  The cashier with blonde hair with a pink streak accused my boyfriend who is a minority of stealing a box of $20 flea topical. He left it with the other cashier came out to the car to ask me something as his phone doesn't work for calls. We've been many places together and never got accused of such stuff. Many people were in and out the building and even the women by the door said he didn't. The fact that she accused in front of everyone out loud. Highly unprofessional! I've worked retail for 11 years even a manager at one point of a well known retailer. You always go to a manager with such accusations. Not only to be loud and wrong but do it in that setting. I sent him back in to tell them we won't be needing it because the site had it listed $5 cheaper. Had I not sent him back in to let them know we won't be needing it anymore this couldve been prevetend. Even after being told by the kind person by the door he didn't take anything. She still proceeded to glance at his pockets to double check. She didn't even apologize for accusing him. No longer giving this location my business and I will not be recommending it to our other friends as well. I also called the store to formally complain as well because that was uncomfortable and embarrassing for him. We come here often and this will be the last time.

  Multiple deceased animals on display at this location. Told an employee who could care less. Guess that's why they are no longer living. If you are not going to take care of them, then don't sell them. This store should be ashamed of themselves.
