  The staff was very friendly and understanding about budgets and concerns. They didnt try to do anything extra just to waste money or time they listened to everything i was saying and asking and they genuinely cared about me as a customer and my cat as a patient. I will 100% be using them as my vet from now on. I didnt feel anxious and they validated my (probably paranoia induced) concerns about my cat and told me what I could expect so im less anxious. I really appreciated that. I did wait a good 20-30 mins to go in the room after my appt time but knowing its because they take their time with each animal and make sure the owner is in the loop then thats a good reason to wait.

  the providers and Lauren were amazing. I didn’t get her name but she was wearing green scrubs yesterday and was super kind. They were extremely personable and professional, but they walked me through every single part of the process, medications, suggestions, logistics. The works. I always have a ton of questions and they were able to provide every single answer for me. They are the experts. I trust them, and even got my dog on a monthly preventative, not just when she needed it. Education is important and they all did that so well.

  Banfield has always been great for our pets. We have used the Lexington location for about 16 years now. Everyone is super friendly and truly cares about your pet. I have never felt like we were just another appointment. All of my questions were answered during the appointment and any home care was very well described.

  This location has gone downhill in the past few years. it is hard to get someon on the phone, even harder to schedule an appoitment, especially now only bring open sporadically 3 or 4 days during the week. The desk people are not friendly at all and they do not seem to really care. Why pay for a plan if you can not get service, then they have the audacity to tell you to drive elsewhere or cancel (which I have). If they do not care why should I? After more than 25 years of taking my fur babies there, I have had enough of always something going wrong and never a satisfaction or a remedy to take care of the issue. and if you cancel your plan you are penalized( even though they do not and are not providing the services you are paying for)

  Yes, I would like to share my experiences not only this last time, but all the time with Banfield My orange cat hates to get his nails cut. We had to medicate him in order to do this. The staff at this location is very patient and understands my needs
