  I didn't want to leave a review, but since the owner wouldn't return my phone call, I was forced to leave one. When I boarded my cats with this establishment, I left the exact amount of food for each cat and the exact amount of medicine. I know that they didn't give meds but only once out of the three nights my cats stayed and one of my cats wasn't feed one day. I left instructions that they be fed at 3 everyday as that's their normal feeding time so they don't get use to begging early in the morning for food but they feed at 6am in the morning. Why do they ask for care institutions if they don't follow them? The medicine was anti-seizure medicine and was very important. I feel really bad for the cat who wasn't fed :(

  I love that Hollycrest B&B is family owned and not corporate. You can feel the difference. Been taking both of my pups for the past 5 years.
