  Multiple videos have surfaced showing staff abusing and beating there clients pet. This place deserves nothing more than to shut down, and these ladies should be jailed

  Why would anybody take or continue to take their pets here? Do your research. The owners have been charged with mistreating and abusing dogs getting groomed. The police saw video footage before arresting the couple! People can say what they want, but videos do not lie. This happened in May 2026

  Do not go here there’s a video of one of the ladies who works there. She’s a white woman with a pixie haircut glasses she looks like she’s in her 50s. There’s a video on Instagram where she’s hitting a dog who’s hanging and she’s trying to cut the nails and she starts punching it because she doesn’t know how to deal with animals do not trust this place do not go here. Terrible people.

  I just saw the video of that woman abusing that dog! Shame on you lady, I hope they have fired you. You shouldn’t be around animals or own them. Just bc you have no patience with a nervous or fearful animal, doesn’t mean you get to punch them! Why is this place still open!!??
