  Took my dog in this morning. I have been coming here for years. This is the second time they did not save rabies vaccination document so they can’t take him. They have seen him since they are saying his rabies expired but magically, his last visit doesn’t show up in their system. Then I was asked to step outside (during getting both dogs secured) so that other people “with appointments” could come in. So rude that I am not returning. I don’t need this stress. Tried to make an appointment online and system wouldn’t let us. DONE

  The groomers at the Woodruff Road Petco are the best I’ve used over the 15 years owning Cavaliers. The store itself is well stocked and I enjoy shopping there. On the last visit, no one was at the checkout register. I had to go find someone. Sadly, that’s a recipe for theft when you have no one at the door!

  Petco has a wonderful variety. It's a nice change from going to PetSmart. The only thing I do not like about that particular Petco was they had the thermostat up so high that my husband and I both were literally wet with sweat when we walked out and we were not the only ones complaining about that

  My family found a pet rabbit in a local parking lot. We called Petco to see if they could take him. We are from about 8 hours away and cannot keep him. They were completely unhelpful. I understand they are not a shelter, but this poor bunny was either going to get hit by a car or eaten by some predator.

  I was helped by Emma multiple weeks in a row as I was setting up my aquarium, and each time she went out of her way to help me for an extended amount of time. She was able to go through most of the selection of fish and help me find exactly what I wanted to make my tank look how I wanted! She asked all the right questions and had the right answers for mine to ensure great care of the animals. Everyone else one staff was wonderful as well, but Emma was a dawg who has made Fairview my regular location from now on. An extra mention for all of the extra tanks in their fish department. It is all clearly well cared for and love.
