  Thus has easily turned into my favorite store to go into ever! It's so well organized and everyone there is so friendly and helpful! It truly is a joy to go there 🙂

  I was looking for a particular kind of dog food, the website said they had it in stock. And they did. Easy and quick visit.

  Could not get help I stood there for 30 mins while the guy in the fish isle flirted with a lady. I understand you trying to get the lady but you could have at least asked if I needed help with anything then when I did get help I wanted to get some good fish and they stated I had to buy I tank for them there or I could not purchase any I told the lady that I did not expect to have a picture and I will have my mom take one and she told me she would tell everyone in the store not to sell to me because I could just get one offline and show her which did not cross my mind at all

  The staff is always friendly and helpful and the store is well stocked. However, the checkout system is ridiculous. I had a large order and it took over twenty minutes for the aging register to log all my purchases and discounts. The staff were very apologetic, but this has always been my one complaint about Petco. It is time to upgrade your checkout technology.
