    This location does not value its customers time. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this clinic over the past month. I had an appointment for my dogs that was rescheduled twice, followed by an appointment for my cat that was rescheduled three times. I understand that unexpected issues and emergencies can arise, but some of the reasons provided by staff were that the clinic was closing early or no reason provided. Each time they cancelled they called me merely 40 minutes to a few hours before the scheduled appointment. I have had to take time off work multiple times and have lost income due to these last minute cancellations. One or two scheduling issues would be understandable, but five cancellations in one month is unacceptable. They advertise numerous appointment times online and schedule appointments over the phone, but those time slots are not genuinely available. If there is not enough availability to accommodate patients, please stop overbooking. I don’t know if there is new management/staff at this location but they no longer care about their clients. I have been going to this location for nearly a decade and now I will unfortunately be looking for a new vet.

    Lleve a mi perra el lunes la doctora Monroe me dijo que mi perra tenía una infección pero que estaba bien. Cuando se la llevaron a chequear mi perra estaba activa cuando me la entregaron mi perra no era la misma que entró al consultorio. Me dieron unos medicamentos que mi perra no pudo usar por al otro día por la mañana murió. Me la mataron. Definitivamente no lo recomiendo para nada

    Both woodruff and Laurens Rd locations are 100% the best humans ever!!! Will forever bring my cats to those 2 locations. They love every animal brought in! I can't recommend them enough!

    I had an appointment scheduled for my pet at Banfield in Laurens Rd, and it was canceled without my authorization. The store falsely claimed that I had canceled it myself, which is completely untrue. When we called to address the issue, we were met with no real support, no solution, and no accountability. Instead of resolving the problem, they dismissed the situation and failed to acknowledge their mistake. On top of that, we were later told not to go to the location because we were “too direct” in expressing our frustration. That is unacceptable customer service and completely unprofessional. I choose whether or not to go to a store, not them. This experience reflects poor communication, lack of responsibility, and zero effort to resolve a clear error on their part. Very disappointing and not the level of service expected from a company like Banfield.

    I scheduled an appointment for my pet, and when I called to confirm, they told me it had been canceled—either by me or due to a system error. I did NOT cancel it. What’s most frustrating is that they offered no solution at all. I even extended my Spring Break trip by an extra day just to make sure my pet could attend this appointment, only to be told that I don’t have one. This is extremely disrespectful and disappointing. I feel frustrated and let down by the lack of accountability and customer care. However, when it comes to charging fees, they seem very efficient. Completely unacceptable. Thanks Riley
