  It has been a year since our boy Tater came to Dr Katie with massive and sudden weight loss. We did have to go to an emergency vet in Mt Pleasant, but once he was diagnosed with Feline infectious peritonitis (FIP), Dr Katie went right to work helping us get the medication we needed for him. We would call in weekly with reports and would get the dosage adjusted as needed. Tater pulled through and now is a fat and happy cat. He is still a little judgemental, but there is only so much you can do about that. We are so thankful for the care and concern that the whole team showed us through that trying time.

  I was out of town on vacation and my 15 yr old baby had a seizure lasting over 30 mins (she stayed overnight at animal emergency hospital of the strand unfortunately....when I picked her up her prognosis was poor ) a decision was made to help her cross over as the seizures had taken their toll on her , not bring from here I began my search and I was referred to fidelis animal hospital in which I cslled and they made no hesitation to take us in asap not only in but into a room as soon as we arrived . The compassion and care the whole team showed was nothing short of amazing 🩷 the ladies there are amazing angels and I can never thank them enough for stopping what they were doing and help my baby leave with dignity and love ...I stated before I don't live in this area I'm actually 4 hrs away but I would drive 4 hrs everyday if needed to get the care and compassion these folks offer. Thank you for taking care of Yen and making it as painless for me as possible. I also need to mention that everything was taken care as they set up cremation etc .. as for the pricing it was very very reasonable especially for the circumstances.....the folks here are priceless and I am forever grateful for the universe guiding me to them 🩷

  Today was my first visit with Blu, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and friendly from the moment we walked in. Dr. Katie was exceptional—she was incredibly patient with Blu and took the time to make him feel comfortable. The office was also very clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this practice and look forward to bringing Blu back for future visits.
