- KRKyna RiceSep 22, 20261.0Very unprofessional. My puppy had an appointment scheduled 5 days in advance. The day of the appointment, 1 hour prior to the appointment I received a call saying they were canceling his appointment because of staffing issues. Leaving me no flexibility to find somewhere else on a day that I also took off of work. They require their customers to cancel within 24 hours but they can cancel on you in the parking lot. I will not patronize their store with much as purchasing a dog treat from now on. Not to mention, the process for receiving vaccinations. Find somewhere to take your pet. That values them and respects your time

- BFBridgette FeaginAug 12, 20265.0They somehow forgot my 40 gal tank? ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ The person that helped at the checkout was super helpful and nice though and got it for me. We kind of laughed about it and I am so excited to come back and get my gerbils once the rest of their stuff arrives. (Some of the stuff in the photo is from Amazon)
