I have 5 animals on the wellness plan best money spent for my babies and I always have someone to talk to about any concerns I have about them
- BBbambu466 days ago1.0Do not take your pets here! I was told by the manager that it is company policy to put a choke collar on all dogs. The receptionist literally stood there asking me questions choking my dog until I had to say something to her. The price that I was quoted a month and a half prior to that day tripled! When I confronted the manager about it she told me that it never happened! I'm not sure what changed but this used to be a pretty good place seems like maybe they have new management. The quote went from around 600 to over $2,500. Of course they didn't tell me this until after I dropped off my dog and he ended up getting to spend an entire day locked up in a tiny little cage. Once again if you care about your animal do not take it to these people!

I paid (too much), and they told me to come back 2 weeks later for the booster. Person at front desk said it was already paid for. Came back like they said, and suddenly they want another $100 just because I’m not on their plan for their “office visit fee” Banfield is just another example of big corporations ruining things by preying on consumers using bait and switch tactics and purposeful lack of transparency. Take your money elsewhere.

She was fast to diagnose him and get us to where he could get 24/7 care and he lived!!! So thankful for Dr. Farmer and the Banfield staff.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
