  Don't ever take your dog to this pet o for grooming these groomers did a terrible job a terrible job and blamed me for the lack of her skills

  I was extremely disappointed with the grooming service my dog received. I specifically paid for the Shed Release shampoo treatment along with nail buffing, yet I received a call only 30 minutes after dropping him off saying he was ready for pickup. Given the services requested, the turnaround time immediately made me question how thoroughly they were actually performed. When I picked him up, he did not look clean or smell as though he had been properly bathed. His nails were noticeably shorter, but they were not buffed as requested and paid for. Overall, the service felt extremely rushed and lacked the level of care and attention I expected. What was most disappointing was the apparent lack of care from some members of the grooming staff. When customers are paying for specific grooming services, they should be able to trust that those services are being completed thoroughly and properly—not rushed through. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I do not feel I received the services or quality of care that I paid for.

  I came to inquire about insurance for my 10 year old dog. I was greeted by Michelle and she patiently listened to my interest and concerns. Michelle then explained clear and simple information about the insurance coverage and the benefits. She answered all my questions and shared I can return or call if anything else comes to mind. I enjoyed the conversation and did activate insurance. I definitely look forward to seeing Michelle again!!
