  Today, during my visit to Petco, I had an unpleasant customer service experience with the manager, Victoria. I approached her because I had questions and wanted to inquire about the fish. Instead of greeting me or asking how she could assist me, she came across as very stand-offish and gave me the impression that she did not want to help. As a customer, I expect to feel welcomed and comfortable asking questions, especially when speaking with a manager. Her demeanor made me uncomfortable enough that I eventually told her I no longer needed her assistance because I did not feel she was being friendly or customer-focused. I believe customer service should include being approachable, welcoming, and willing to assist customers, and unfortunately, that was not the experience I received today

  Love the grooming here. My little girl loves coming here! Everyone is really nice here and fun to chat with.

  This is a great Petco, and they have the total package: high-quality pet supplies, adoptable animals, and awesome dog grooming! Every time we take our dog here, they do an amazing job of grooming her! Five (5) stars for this Petco location!
