- SDstacey dJun 20, 20263.0They were very polite on the phone when I called, when I went to the store and asked for the item I was looking for, there was no one to help me. They were too busy putting product away. I finally got someone to help me and what they showed me was not what I was asking for. Fortunately, I had the app so I could actually show them a picture and they could show me where the actual item really was. There were four of us in line at the register, no cashiers insight, so I had to go back to the people unpacking product and ask them to send somebody upfront for checkout. Product was as shown on the website and worked perfectly which is why I’m giving it a three instead of a two for service
