  Computers are down all the time. I had an appointment on Tuesday. They called me and canceled my appointment because the computer's down. I waited Wednesday. Called back Thursday to get in to see the vet. The computers were down Friday morning. My pet passes My pet before that just got on their plan was on their plan for 2 months and then she passed. No pro rate nothing. You still have to pay all that money on that plan even though you didn't get everything you paid for. I suggest you to search somewhere else. Banfield is not very good. The vets were fabulous but the banfields company not very good . I recommend you do a lot of research but getting any plans at Banfield sounds like a good deal but really not

  Would not recommend. Called to get my puppy vaccinated that I had recently purchased from a lady who had their initial shots done in Anderson at another Banfield there. She started with telling me that she would need the other person's account information so she could call and access their records. I could not understand why they would want all that since I had the paperwork for the vaccines and would provide them. Then she said I could make an appointment for drop off to have the puppy vaccinated. I would not ever just drop my dog off for and pay for a vet visit where I could not meet with the Dr. I am paying to visit. These people seem like they dont give a crap about the patient/vet relationship just want to run you through like cattle. My dog and I deserve better, and yours does too.

  Took our cat here, our first vet visit ever. The staff were rude and unwelcoming. When we came to pick him up, we were told by a man to wait in a specific room. A vet came in and told us about a dog! We come out of the room and the guy rudely tells us “I never asked you to go in that room, you were supposed to wait here.” They didn’t give any water to our cat all day. We were going to pay for a claw trim but they claimed they couldn’t clip our cat’s nails because he was too aggressive. They claimed they took it off the bill but we have no way of knowing as we didn’t get a breakdown on the receipt.

  We will miss our Banfield care team and family. Our dog Nikki got great treatment and love throughout our three years here. Thanks.
