- CBCourtney BridwellSep 14, 20265.0My “quick” review (brevity is not my strong suit 😏) was actually prompted by reading some of Playful Pack’s ludicrous lowest-rated reviews. I literally laughed & have to give them a high-five/fist-bump for their detailed, documented & very witty responses. One owner was horrified that her dog came home with poop on its face. Ma’am… dogs sometimes EAT poop. 😂 Gross? Absolutely. A shocking indictment of dog daycare? Probably not. Does your dog lick your face? I hope so (mine do). More importantly, my own experience has absolutely earned 5 stars. Communication with the staff has been exceptional, esp when my 11-year-old pup wasn’t acting like his normal self. The fact that they noticed, paid attention & communicated with me gave me tremendous confidence in the level of care he was receiving. Anyone can say they “love dogs.” I care much more that they notice the individual dog in front of them, communicate clearly & take concerns seriously. Thus far, Playful Pack has done exactly that. Five stars from me & my pups — plus bonus points for bringing receipts. 😂👏

- TOTabitha OttiwellSep 1, 20265.0They care so deeply for all the pups and mine they love the best!
- BBBradcynAug 25, 20265.0Our dog Hank adores going to Playful Pack. He's been to other daycares in the area, but none as clean and well-maintained with attentive staff as Playful Pack.
- BKBryn KedraJul 23, 20265.0I absolutely love Playful Pack! I don't trust many people with my baby, but I definitely trust them with Lilo. Lilo loves going there and doesn't want to leave at the end of the day. As soon as we pull into the parking lot she goes crazy in the car! They have cameras to check in, the staff is so polite and helpful, and they always send pictures of your dog. Thank y'all for being so awesome!
