  I was hesitant to write this review, but I think manager should maybe give a crash course in teaching the staff here about customer service. I went in looking for a specific item. I grabbed two other products while I browsed the aisles looking for what I needed for my dog. I asked not 1, but 2 staff members where I could locate the item and they both were a bit dismissive and I felt like I was a bother. 1st one told me "oh probably in the next aisle ". I checked and couldn't find. I asked 2nd staff member if they would help and I got more or less same reply. "Check next aisle". I checked again, and no. They never once offered to help me look. After the 2nd person was dismissive, I put back other two items, left, and went to your competitor. They immediately asked what I was looking for/what brought me in and asked if I needed help locating it. They also offered other suggestions for additional products. I will go there from now on.

  I had to bring it 2 dogs that were sick with 2 different issues. When I made the appointment they could only get them in 1 1/2 hours away from each other. That was fine bc I wanted both of them to be seen that day. Right before I was getting ready to leave for the first appointment the receptionist got in touch with me and said the Dr. Miller noticed I had 2 appointments at different times. He told her to call me to tell me to bring both of them in for the time of the first appointment so I wouldn’t have to come back a second time, which I really appreciated. Once we got there they took great care of them. They went over everything they wanted to do and gave me estimates before they did anything so there were no surprises. Everyone was so kind and professional. Once the appointment was done Dr. Miller came in the room and went over everything with me and made sure I didn’t have any questions. We went over our plan going forward and what to expect. Dr. Miller contacted me the next day and asked how my pets were doing and went over the results of the test. He also asked me to keep update him in a couple days to let him know how they were doing. Thank you to everyone that participated in my pets’ appointments. You made it a very pleasant experience during a difficult time.

  It seems like you are reducing the amount of products available in some areas of the store. I used to be able to get everything I needed here, now I have to shop at multiple pet stores to get what I need.

  Well I have to tell you, my cat Loves Petco lol me I like the prices there are a few that are great help some, well I just look for the nice ones lol But as long as Pagan My Lil Black Panther 🖤 Well she thinks she is lol

  From my pup’s food and veterinary services to grooming, this location truly is a one-stop shop for all my pet’s needs.the customer service has consistently been exceptional. The grooming department always does a wonderful job. Recently, I encountered a situation that required assistance, and Jamie, the Grooming Manager, was incredibly courteous and understanding. Her level of professionalism and customer service really stood out to me. If you’re looking for a place you can trust with your pet, look no further!
