- SRShontis RiversOct 2, 20261.0The cashier woman was rude and on her phone when she could have been helping out with the check out. My daughter asked to use the restroom and she denied her because she said that its only for employees. Mind you my younger daughter had used the bathroom prior. I believe she was being racist and just dismissed my daughter. I have brought two turtles from here and also tons of food and supplies. We never had a problem prior. I will not spend my hard earned money at this location again. Furthermore, I will tell people I know not to go inbthis location if your black or of other ethnicity.
- JCJamie CSep 28, 20261.0Sales Rep for the fish was unhelpful, unfriendly, and had a live bird on her shoulder the whole time. Cashier could not operate the cash register properly. Store was dirty, cluttered, and unwelcoming.
