  I usually go to the Petco in South Attleboro Massachusetts as it's closer to me. I have a dog who can only eat certain things due to medical conditions. So I had ordered honest kitchen purely one 100% white fish. The order got canceled even though it said it was in stock in South Attleboro.. So then I put it in my cart at two more Petco's that said it was available and it wasn't. So I called the Providence Rhode Island Petco and the girl knew exactly what I was talking about and said yes we have it in stock. I said how many do you have she said four.I said could you hold three for me I'll be there in a half an hour.. she said no problem and is there anything else I can do for you just let us know. When I got there they really did have them. There available really was available. Now my dog is happy with a treat that he can eat.

  Las chicas fueron muy amables en el grooming pero esta ves mi perrita salió muy angustiada y ansiosa empezó a comportarse rara y hoy por la madrugada vomitó un cordón negro que pudo haber muerto porque era demasiado grande ahora estoy asustado ya tengo miedo volver con ellos

  Seekonk Ma store..Mgr Steve..my exp is mainly w grooming..Bianca..In charge & runs the dept w excellnce..its organized & cleaner wxall attn given to the pet..my shi tsus have neber looked better..she th one to look for but ALL th others are just as good..The store seems bettr stocked & organized as well..eadier to locate things & zoned well thanks guys

  We had to switch the type of dog food our 15 yr old Shep/Lab needed to eat...I did have our local vet write a script for the new food but only 2 places in the state had the ability to fill the script ...I called and spoke with them as I had only 1 can left.....THEY WERE WONDERFUL ..THE VET WAS ABLE TO SECURE A CASE FOR OUR PUP.....AND WAS ABLE TO TAKE ALL OF OUR INFO TO SECURE CONTINOUS DELIVERIES ( AS WE LIVE ABOUT AN HOUR AWAY) SHE HAD THE PAPER WORK ALL SET...) THE person who worked the registers that day helped me along the way as well) Between the both of them it was a wonderful..less stressful time for us....We could not have done this without their help...thank you again.....respectfully Teresa Cresser

  I am most dissatisfied with the rewards program. I spend a lot of money in this store and I think a better deal than 5.00 for 167 reward points is virtually like an insult. I have spent up to 300.00 in a month there. and on top of that my rewards were never posted to store account. SO when I went in on Thursday and spent another 60.00 on a seresto I had no rewards to help with the cost. Not happy with you guys right now, and your products are over priced. Going to Pet smart, they have more and better sales.
