  This Petco was extremely helpful. The associate took as much time as we needed to help us. She even helped us try what we bought on.

  They cage birds in tiny cages, don't give them fresh food like greens or veggies, they don't every let them out or try to train or enrich their lives. They've had a sun conure for $900 and it hasn't sold so they added three more birds! All of them are hundreds of dollars. The staff says they can't take them out because they're flight risks! They have a million excuses as to why they do not care for the baby birds appropriately, but that's all they are... EXCUSES! Solitary confinement for a baby!? That is exactly what they are doing with these birds, social creatures that need companionship and a flock! Shame on Petco.

  I don’t typically use professional grooming services since my previous pets were short haired and pretty easy for me to groom at home. However, my medium haired 8 month old puppy was shedding so much that I reluctantly decided to book an appointment. I called on my lunch break and scheduled quickly. When I arrived, I spoke with Abbie, who explained the process and made me feel comfortable right away. She gave George a lot of attention, and my nerves were completely put at ease when it was time to leave him in her care. When I picked George up, he was meticulously groomed. His coat felt incredibly soft, and he smelled great. Abbie also shared that George is easy going and highly curious, which made it clear she took the time to understand him. I’m very pleased with Abbie’s care for George and will definitely be coming back regularly. Well done to Abbie and the Petco staff!
