They must have turned their phones off on random weekdays because it frequently says they're closed during their posted business hours. They also enjoy putting people on hold for over 20 min and then hanging up, forcing you to call again. After this final appointment I'm taking my pet elsewhere that actually wants people to make appointments. How do they make money if no one can reach a person who gives a damn? Pathetic.
