The problems we had getting our cats initial vaccinations a fee weeks ago were not repeated for the booster we had done yesterday and it went smoothly, thank goodness! However, I tried to reach out several times by phone and even requesting a follow up call on my last review about the 20% discount I was promised when scheduling with no response. I would still appreciate some follow up on that because the best anyone can tell when I inquire is that Vetco, not Petco, is responsible for that. I have messaged Vetco with no response and find it quite frustrating that there is no way to get help with not only the discount but even the horrible way we were treated on our initial visit. I would still like to speak with someone about the issues.

The Veterinarian and his assistant provided excellent customer service and knowledgeable about any questions and concerns for my Yorkie. They was very gentle and caring for my pet. They do your services and get you out quickly. And they have good prices.
