  Had my dogs groomed there by Jay. He had no ideal how to trim a doodle.. and he didn’t not clip their nails correctly. As soon as I brought them home I could see and hear the nails tap on the floor. I called a week later to have them redone. And the lady was quite rude, stating too bad, you only had 3 days to call. Now you can bring them in for full price. Terrible customer service. I left a great tip, thinking the groomer was new.. never again

  Please keep your pet safe and go somewhere else! I went into this store intending to purchase a bag of dog food, but the bag I picked up was covered in dirt and cobwebs and even had a maggot on it. After seeing that, I had no interest in purchasing anything from this store. Before leaving, I let an employee know because I genuinely wanted to bring it to someone’s attention so it could be taken care of. Instead, the employee shrugged and said, “Yeah, they come from the warehouse that way,” and completely dismissed my concern. That response honestly made the situation even worse. If the store knows pet food is arriving from the warehouse in that condition, why isn’t it being addressed? And if a bag arrives in that condition, why is it being put on the shelf for customers to purchase? I ended up going two miles down the road to PetSmart, where I consistently receive better service and clean products. I shouldn’t have to choose between buying what I need for my dog and wondering whether the products on the shelf are clean and safe. Unfortunately, after this experience, I have no reason to return to this store. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses both the condition of the products and how customer concerns are handled.
