I have been bringing my dog to this clinic for four years with generally acceptable experiences, but my most recent visit was utterly unacceptable. My appointment was scheduled for 9:00 AM, and I arrived 10 minutes early out of respect for the clinic’s schedule. Yet, I was left sitting in a room until 9:49 AM before the vet finally walked in—and that only happened because I actively had to complain about the outrageous wait. When the vet finally showed up, I was handed a rushed, dismissive excuse: "I’m sorry, it’s just been a crazy morning." As an outpatient physician with 15 years of practice, I find this completely indefensible. In a decade and a half of medicine, I have never kept a patient waiting 50 minutes past their appointment time. No matter how chaotic the morning gets or what emergencies arise, you manage your schedule and respect the people who trusted you with their time. The actual contact time with the technician and vet combined was under 10 minutes, making the entire hour spent at the clinic a colossal waste. This isn't just poor service—it shows a total lack of professionalism and a complete disregard for clients' schedules and lives outside their waiting room. It completely derailed the rest of my day, and after four years of loyalty, I expect vastly better treatment.

They were “too busy” to see our guinea pig, and he passed away. We will be removing our dogs from their care. Sorry that you would have had to work later to keep an animal alive, but clearly you don’t care. It’s more important that you are finished working on time. I hope you feel great about allowing an animal to die because you refused to work later to take care of it. Disrespectful staff who don’t actually care about the animals they treat.

This is the first time I took my cat here and I was super impressed! The Dr was so sweet and so was the vet tech and front desk staff. My cat was being very shy and they really took their time to try to make him comfortable.

100/10 Dr. Sara Karandish & the vet tech (sorry forgot her name!) were absolutely AMAZING with my feisty cat Stella today. I haven’t been able to get my cat to the vet for a few years, as she can be extremely difficult to handle & past vet visits have been unbearable. I was beyond impressed with how well Dr Sara was able to handle Stella, she was so kind, patient & knowledgeable of how to handle aggressive cats, it was the calmest I’ve ever seen my cat react to strangers. I’m so relieved to have found a vet that I can trust, who treats my pet as if they were her own. Thank you for taking away all of my worries & providing great care & a stress free experience. You don’t know how much relief I felt when I left today. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!
