  We have two pups and have had a wonderful experience here. One can be incredibly nervous, and they do such a great job helping to calm him and keep him comfortable as possible. We always feel seen and heard here, the staff is always so receptive and kind.

  We take all our animals here and have for years. The vets and techs here are top notch. Minus a star for the front desk staff. I’ve been ignored a couple times while standing at the desk, it was weird.

  A very good place to bring your pet in. Very professional staff. They are helpful, they can adjust the appointment time, they know how to handle various pets of various sizes. They track your vaccination due dates (great thanks from my absent-mindedness). Their boarding service is also good. (Lilly the Sausage Dog disapproves this review and says those cruel people pinch lil' doggy with needles, although they provide some treats later).

  I called three times....first time hung up after two minutes, second time said to call back in several minutes, third time waited over six minutes. They are not. taking any new pets....they need to improve their front desk service.....very discouraged.....I have two shelter pets who could use a vet place that offers vet service, grooming and boarding. I will not recommending this place to anyone....teacher of 43 years and a hospital volunteer for 12 years....lots of contacts....
