  Absolutely the best pet store experience I had. As someone who was adopting new animals and was nervous and didn’t know much, the employees at this store were life savers. Becca especially. She spent time with us and answered our questions diligently and went the extra mile and went out of her way to get us our guinea pigs from another store. She was incredibly honest and helpful and made our experience the best. I was a Petsmart person but now I will definitely be going to the Petco in West Chester from now on, thanks to Becca! Can’t say enough good about her and this store!

  I want to give a shoutout to three people for your graciousness and hospitality. Heather ordered the blueberry waffle treats for my dogs. Then both Raymond and Melissa helped me sort through the treats to get just the waffles for my lucky dogs.

  I’ve been to Petco three times now, and every single visit has been a great experience. The customer service here is consistently outstanding. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping you and your pets. What really stands out is how attentive and patient they are. They take the time to answer questions and make sure you leave with exactly what you need. It never feels rushed, and they go above and beyond every time. I’ve visited other pet stores in the area, and honestly, this location is far better in terms of service and overall experience. Highly recommend this store to anyone looking for great products and even better people!
