  The tech that helped cut my Belgian Shepards nails was so patient! He is a puppy and was very afraid, but she did a great job managing him while quickly and safely cutting. I will definitely be brining him here for all future nail trims.

  Nestled in the heart of the Main Line, Braxtons offers a charming neighborhood pet shop experience that is hard to criticize. However, the store’s pricing can be a bit steep, particularly for items like dog toys and treats. For instance, a Himalayan cheese stick costs between $25-35, while a stuffed toy ranges from $20-25. Additionally, Braxtons’ operating hours could be more accommodating. With a schedule from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, the shop primarily caters to stay-at-home folks without full-time jobs. This diminishes its convenience, as customers may need to wait until the weekend to purchase dog food or supplies. In such cases, it makes more sense to drive an extra 10 minutes to Petsmart or opt for online shopping through Amazon. I think they are leaving some serious $ on the table by not being open from 8-6. ————————- Since writing this review, Braxton’s addressed my concern. I did not know about the delivery service or setting the order aside for after hours pick up!!!
