  No stars! I had a major issue today st the Petco in Warrington, PA. I went into the store around 4:30 PM and looked around. I then went to a male employee and asked if they had the the pants for dogs/ cats wear when they have accidents when they are older. He said no we dont have them. I continued to walk around and found a whole shelf of them. I told him, he could have cared less. 2 employees were talking at the register, and what looked like a female that works there, but off duty and a bully!!!. I decided to take my business elsewhere when I said that employees should know what they have, instead of everyone at the register talking. I took my products back. The female who was not working, started yelling at me saying these are good people. I told her she didn't have to defend anyone. She was yelling at me by this point. I said I am not saying anything about people, she kept yelling, we have good google ratings. I would tell everyone to stay away from a place that say they care about animals. The one yelling, who was off duty should not be working with the public!!l let her go. She did this in front of other customers. And please educate people who work there on what products they have, no one helped me at all. I was a manager of a store, and this was abusive!! I will talk to the higher ups.

  Just picked my golden retriever up and literally the worst groom ever. Last time i wasn’t happy because they barely deshedded him. I expressed that during drop off this time and legit doesn’t even look they attempted in some spots, he has huge spots under his ears that are much longer then the rest, and the two patches that are on his legs they didn’t touch is actually humorous. To make matters worse i just found a tick on him….he was groomed and they didn’t even see the tick? Just stroked him over once and completely covered in hair and we paid extra for deshedding Lolol what a joke

  I recently had my first visit to this Petco, and I can honestly say I would not recommend it to anyone. I went in to get my 16-week-old puppy her rabies shot and a Simparica Trio Gold 2.8–5.5 lbs dose. At the front desk, I was told the microchip would be free and was given an estimated total of $160, which included a full check-up. That seemed reasonable, so we proceeded. Once we were in the back, things quickly went downhill. They began adding unexpected charges during the visit, and the price kept climbing without clear explanations. I was told multiple times they would send me a new consent form, and every time they came back, there was a new fee added. By the end, my bill had jumped to $240. What really upset me was that the vet confirmed the microchip was free, yet my bill showed a $37 charge for it. They also checked my puppy’s ears as if it were part of the full exam, but then tacked on another fee. It felt like a bait and switch, with surprise charges appearing after the services were already done. I left feeling frustrated and misled. If you want transparency and fair pricing, I would advise avoiding this Petco altogether, because no one likes to be overcharged or blindsided with hidden fees.
