A few years back, I took my 6 month old kitten here after coming home to see he randomly wasn’t doing well. I called this place and told them what was going on and they said to come in right away. They immediately took my kitten from my hands as soon as I walked in and did everything they could but ultimately my kitten passed away. I was alone when they delivered the news that he passed away and they sat with me while I cried and were so compassionate. They even gave me a card and got his foot prints for me as a keepsake. In summary, the staff here is very friendly, compassionate, and really care about you and your animals

When I found out my dog had a tumor on her stomach, I was scared and overwhelmed. Taking her in for surgery was one of the hardest things I’ve had to do, but the staff at this vet hospital made the entire experience so much easier. From the moment we walked in, everyone was warm, kind, and welcoming. They treated my dog like she was their own, and seeing how comfortable she was with them gave me so much peace of mind. They explained every step of the process, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. I called numerous times during her procedure to check on her, and not once did they make me feel like I was being a bother or an inconvenience. Every person I spoke with was patient, understanding, and reassuring. They also helped me get approved for financing, which took a huge weight off my shoulders during an already stressful time. I am truly grateful for the compassion, professionalism, and genuine care they showed both me and my dog. I can’t thank them enough and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vet team that treats your pet like family.

My Dog, Sammy a 16 year old Pomeranian, died 3 times and i had to blow air into his lungs to bring him back. They took him overnight and said his heart is enlarged,,,,They saved his life and he is now on meds. Obviously i am very thankful.

I’m severely heart broken. My cat was taken here as an emergency. All I was offered was further testing I couldn’t afford. She suffered the entire weekend. I can’t believe they did this. I spent 1.2k for my cat to not have any further options. I feel so scammed. That wasn’t putting the animal first. Just wanted to keep racking the bill up before they told me she had to be euthanized. I now can’t afford anything further. My only option is to call around and see if any vet will help me give her peace. ** edit. I was also never followed up with. Staff did not check on her. Boulevard Veterinary Care Corrected the wrong for this vet. Please don’t go here.

I thought I found a new vet when my blue heeler mix had a bad ear infection, I was wrong. I feel like I have been baited into continuously visiting them every two weeks for the last month. I am so disappointed. I did not mind spending money on my dog IF she was getting the proper treatment. But at almost $424 (with her nail trim $65 already subtracted), she started shaking her head and rubbing her ears and it hadn’t even been two weeks!!!! Sure bring her back in, it will only cost another $315 for a culture and sensitivity test. No, looking for a new vet again.
