  Had a good experience while I was there it was after that was a nightmare. I was told they would call with my dogs results. She was seen on Tuesday and they came in on Weds. I was never called. Thursday I had questions for the vet. I called at 8:30 am and was told the results were in and I’d get a call. I was never called. I called again at 2:30 and 5:30. I received a vm to my Husbands phone when I specified to use my number. This vm said the results and that they were calling in a script for my dog. I called back to confirm this and was told I’d get a call when they were ready.i never received a call. At 9:25 my husband stopped by because he was out. He was told they had no idea what he was talking about. I then called and spoke to the receptionist and told her this was unacceptable and I shouldn’t chase down results and a prescription for $900. I told her I understand it’s not her fault but their seems to be a disconnect from The front to the back.she told me I should figure it out because they are on emergency hours and hung up on me. I called back and was sent to vm. I would NEVER recommend this place again and I will be finding a new vet for the future.

  Brought our Punkin in butt shave and clean as he has long hair and it became matted They were wonderful! Cleaned him and shaved him and reasonably priced Dr was great I don't know his name but had curly hair

  I want to thank the tech and Dr Nicholas Duffield for help during my emergency visit last week. The tech put my mind at ease and was so caring and kind. Dr. Nicholas Duffield was also very caring and kind and helpful and took all my fears away and helped my dog Chloe immediately. I can't thank both of them enough for making a terrible night so much better. I highly recommend them. Thank you for everything!

  We brought our green cheek conure to Dr Marks for a 2nd opinion. The hospital is an hour drive for us but was worth every penny. The staff was incredibly nice and the doctor actually listened to us when we were voicing our concerns and what was going on ontop of being very personable. We will definitely continue using Barton Heights for our bird!

  Every emergency place, for pets, should have a neurologist. And access to a neurologist. And other specialists. To get proper care, immediately and without delay. Even if by zoom call. There should be no suffering, and pain, waiting for an answer. Medicine should be stock , incase it is needed. And every, emergency hospital should have a dr available. There should be no waiting hours for treatment. A treatable condition, should not turn in to a death. Because of lack of staff, medication, etc. Dont advertise as a 24 emergency hospital, if its just a 24 hour clinic. Emergency means emergency. Not as if im taking my dog to a regular appointment, and have to go elsewhere anyway. Wasting time, money and a life. Holiday weekends ,especially. Letting a dog with severe pain suffer is no excuse.
