- STStrange Turtle2 days ago1.0Based on this veterinarian’s public interactions online, I was disappointed by the lack of empathy and professionalism she showed toward another person during a sensitive conversation. Compassion and professionalism are qualities I expect from anyone caring for vulnerable patients, whether human or animal. Seeing this behavior has made me lose confidence in choosing this practice. I’m not sure if this is who banfield wants representing them.
- CScathy smickleyJun 26, 20262.0We felt guilted by Dr. Levine into getting ridiculously expensive ($380+) bloodwork for Ozzie, who is 15-16 years old, & has been living a very comfortable life. Also, the blanket in his carrier was lost, Dizzy ended up defecating in her carrier (how long was she in there?), & the total appointment time was some 6 hours. The ladies up front were, & have always been, very nice.

- LLLois LaneMay 27, 20261.0They charged $125 for an office visit for a cat with gastro issues who was supposed to undergo bloodwork this visit. They also had us bring in a stool sample they did nothing with. Told us to try other prescription food and another type of Feliway diffuser. Ridiculous nonsense. Do bloodwork like you're supposed to. And another thing... the COVID-19 pandemic ended a long time ago. Why is this place still acting like it's a pandemic making people drop off their pets for routine vet appointments? This is the problem... the vet deciding what they feel like doing then giving you back your pet and then telling you to pay the bill blindly. Other places charge $95 for an office visit and they actually do bloodwork when you ask them to. Don't waste your time at this place. They just want to keep forcing you to make appointments so they can keep ripping you off.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
