    I got home 10 minutes ago after my visit, and felt the need to write a review immediately!! I am so proud of my two baby boys, Grant and Sherman, they did so well at their appointment and I think it’s mostly due to the staff and environment. It was so calm in the exam room that my cats felt free to roam and explore. The receptionist, Elizabeth was incredibly kind and explained the costs. I am soooo bummed that I didn’t remember the techs name, she was sweet to me and my boys and explained all of my package options. Then I met the veterinarian, Kaitlin and she took the time to explain the treatment that was completed and answered all of my questions. I feel a great relief after my visit and I will be back in 4 weeks and will continue to come back for check ups. :) Just to add…. I noticed some complaints about waiting and availability; I think the complaints may exist because customers may not be confirming their appointments or scheduling the right service. I could totally be wrong but that’s just an observation. I had to be careful while scheduling so a mix up could totally make sense. 100% my opinion tho. Anyway… Thank you!!!

    Was very disappointed, people were friendly but when calling with my dogs results, they were not clear and called she a he. Update when I was there I told them my concerns about Koda’s heavy panting and I know my dog it wasn’t from the heat or her being slightly over weight, I wish more testing could have been done. Koda passed 7/25 from a mass that ruptured and bled into her abdomen, I’m not blaming them for her cancer but I wish my concerns would have been taking highly into consideration, I’m not saying it could have saved her life but when I tell you I know something is wrong with my dog panting heavily please listen to your client because they know their animal.
