took my little dog in to have her nails trimmed; they charged me $25, but they missed one of her paws and the nails were poorly cut. This place lacks good service and honesty—they overcharge you. I have a small dog whose quick was cut during a nail trim. Not only that, but I took him for a dental appointment where the doctor said 6 teeth needed to be removed; at the next routine exam, they said 8; then I went back 6 months later for another routine exam and they said 4. They don't do their job properly and they lie to people; they take your money but don't provide the service.

Actually nothing new for Banfield, I've been going there for approximately 25 years and counting, and they have always taken care of every pet like it's their own.

My only just now learned after our sweet baby of almost 13 yrs died...if u have the plan for your pup through Banfield I GUESS its prorated...so what has happened to us we lost our sweet baby early July I did call to cancel the monthly payment and I was told ,SINCE we used some of the plan we were essentially responsible for the rest...we have to pay the months payment till the end of our CONTRACT despite our poor dog it's here anymore... I guess Iam disappointed and more heartbroken and I guess was hoping a company that is supposed to have animals at therefore front wound act this way. It's unacceptable in my eyes.

I needed a same day wellness exam for my own peace of mind. This location had a 9am availability. I adopted a new shelter kitten and wanted to make sure he was in good health. The nurse reviewed his papers with me and he received his final FVRCP vaccine. The vet was very kind and helpful, he answered all my questions. The receptionists were also friendly. Everyone was great! Thank you!

Overall, I had a great experience at Banfield Pet Hospital and would highly recommend taking your pet there, whether it’s for an urgent concern or a routine checkup. They were able to get Mikko in for a next-day appointment, which I really appreciated. From the moment we arrived, the staff was accommodating, communicative, and genuinely caring throughout the entire visit. They took the time to answer my questions, explain everything clearly, and made sure both Mikko and I felt comfortable. You can tell they truly care about the animals they treat, and that made a stressful situation so much easier. I’m very grateful for the excellent care Mikko received.
