Please call another cashier to help, and 2) products are always out of stock. Recently, on separate trips, I wanted to buy a toothbrush for my dog and a clicker for training. Both were out of stock, but the deluxe option that cost way too much, was available. That seems to happen way too much. My closest PetSmart always seems to have what I need in stock. Please do better Petco.

They gave me a new appointment; I brought him back at 15 weeks, and once again they told me he still needed to wait a few more weeks. They rescheduled me for April 12th. I also booked an appointment for a bath and haircut, but they refused to do it because of the vaccinations—claiming that he should have received them at 3 months old. But if they themselves wouldn't administer the shots right there, they clearly can't get their story straight. They have completely wasted my time.
