  Appointments for easy to make and change on online and there were many available. Hospital was not at all chaotic like some veterinary officers can sing. That text were patient and very kind. They provide lots of information and I have questions about a cost for a med, etc. I would definitely recommend coming here again.

  I drove 30 minutes to and from this vet for a wellness appointment as I just adopted a cat and wanted a baseline appointment. I also am travelling this week and when booking the appointment put in the notes that I would like to discuss her flying. I did not need a certificate to travel as Southwest does not expect that. When they informed me they were unable to do the certification I said I still wanted the well visit. Instead I was escorted out and told to schedule with Pottstown on a later date. This was after I expressed today was my availability….which is why I made the appointment for today and not later this week. I could hear the ladies talking about me wanting a certificate in a not so nice tone which made me feel embarrassed for even being there and asking as if it was a ridiculous ask. I put everything in the notes that were obviously not read previsit and I stated I still wanted to regular well visit but that was not an option. Not sure if it was because they closed soon, but the appointment was set and I got no calls saying there would be any issues. This is my pets first vet visit and I was worried about it stressing her out and all that just to be told to leave.

  This was my eleven year old cat's first vet experience (aside from getting neutered when he was young), and the staff was amazing. Both our nurse and doctor were so kind, to my sister and I and our cat Picasso! He ended up getting a blood glucose test and an injection, along with the regular well visit, all for just over a hundred dollars, and any other clinic I've checked would have been so much pricier. I didn't feel like Vetco was trying to sell us anything or push us to make any particular decisions- instead they were empathetic, honest, and I truly felt like my cat was receiving the best quality care. I will definitely be coming here in the future if the need arises again!

  The vet and staff was very professional, gentle and kind with my little old lady. My furbaby was feeling better within a couple of days. I so appreciate Vetco for helping my Ruby.
