You are locked in for a full YEAR. I also contacted Petcos customer service about this months ago and they said that can’t do anything about it. Company does not care about customers!

The only thing I wish Petco would improve is their curbside service at least at their Quakertown store which is the only one I have so far have used for picking up orders. Unlike many other store curbside services, there is neither any dedicated parking spots, and one needs to know to park in front of the store. And, Also it isn't as clear as it could be to call to let the store know you have arrived. That said, the ordering online was fairly easy and straight forward, and the store associate was very friendly and professional.
