  Two of my cats had some chronic health issues show this year. The sweet girl had asthma and absolutely hated the vet. Dr. Theo really prioritizes my fur baby's wellbeing and suggested the gentlest options first. This vet office has great communication, transparency, and won't try to rip you off. Even if tests and medication are expensive, petvet365 has options to make sure it's affordable. My other boy cat has liver issues, after seeing multiple vets, multiple rounds of meds, he ended up here. This was the least stressful experience for everyone. The care is effective and compassionate. The staff is very good at explaining options too. I will not go anywhere else.

  The private room concept is great for the comfort of me and my cat, and my vet and veterinary assistant were very helpful, sweet, and kind. Prices are reasonable, and they are always transparent about them before any services are rendered !

  Can't say enough good things about the amazing team here. They were so kind, accommodating, patient, and understanding when our loud, loving, and excitable foster pup came here for emergency care. On a Friday afternoon 😱 we were seen quickly, examined thoroughly, and our sweet MinnieMoo was discharged and helped to the car with thorough instructions so she could start on her road to recovery. Three cheers for Veg! 🐾👩‍⚕️🏥👏

  I was very happy to see we have a new veterinarian in downtown area! Booking an appointment was super easy as you can do it online or even via texting. They were very accommodating in giving me a sooner appointment since my cat ear infection was pretty annoying to her. Inside the office is super nice and clean. Waiting rooms are relaxing, private, and well decorated with special touches for dogs or cats! Prices were ok ( I can’t really judge … vet service price range is wide and it’s always expensive.. I can’t say it was cheap, but also it was within a reasonable range , a little on the expensive side I guess) Staff are very helpful and everyone is friendly, and I also like that they explained to me the pricing of everything before they do it. I felt the treatment plan made sense and hoping my cat feels better soon! Overall I recommend this place if you live in downtown area; especially for the convenience of making an appointment and good service and their hours . They have same day appointments ( I think I heard it’s with additional fee) and they are open during weekend as well which is a lifesaver!
