  Our dog has not been feeling well for about 4 days. Not eating and vomiting bile. Dr Sarah was great with her. Torin was awesome. She was very gentle with her and took a lot of time explaining things to us. Our first time to an ER vet and we were very pleased.

  We love Dr. Ashley and Dr. Sarah! We started taking our new puppy there for care and recently our senior Yorkie. She was always a nervous wreck at our previous vet but, at our last visit, she fell asleep on the couch!! Such a calming environment and the doctors truly take all the time you want and need to talk through the issues and come up with a plan for care. The staff is easy to talk to in person, on the phone and through text with quick, flexible appointment scheduling. Highly, highly recommend!

  They were very friendly, caring and took care of my Rocco...my huge cat who was limping. They helped him and said he was the best cat...mellow and freindly!

  My cat is dx with FIP and the south hills- specifically Dr. Ashley Smith-Miller- at that location passed the buck and neglected him big time!! Between two ER and this vet, my cat was suffering with 107 fever without answers and Petvet didn’t help. They prescribed medication without dosage, they ignored ALL of my written verbal and in person requests to discuss results and get dosage for this treatment. I was ignored and never answered until receiving a termination notice today. My cat was not provided any support this last two weeks outside of an ER, I had to travel 2 hours away for support. My cat was not given any referrals for continuity of care except told to go to the AVETS and when calling AVETS the workers reported they are not able to have on going appointments as they are ONLY emergency vet care. PETVET appears to have gotten scared after I expressed neglect concerns yesterday, the above mentioned vet rolled her eyes at me and when I expressed frustration with that behavior I was immediately sent termination letter. I WOULD NEVER REFER and I would fear they only care about money and corporate policy over your pets well being and you feeling secure and cared for. I am now scrambling to find a new vet who can take on a new patient so quick to insure he doesn’t have a disruption in treatment which can be FATAL with FIP.
