  ⭐️ Very disappointing customer service experience at Store 1841. Please do better. I’ve been bringing my dog to this location for about nine months and have spent a significant amount of money on grooming, merchandise, and services. Today, I arrived approximately two minutes late for my agreed-upon appointment time after calling the store ahead of time to let them know I was stuck in traffic and might be slightly late. I was placed on hold for 10–15 minutes but still made every effort to arrive within the window. I completely understand that they may have a policy regarding late arrivals, and I was willing to reschedule. What was most disappointing was the way the situation was handled. The interaction with the staff felt unnecessarily confrontational, including aggressive body language and a very unprofessional tone. When I asked if they could at least wash my dog because she had gotten into something the day before, rather than simply leaving without any service, I felt that the focus became arguing about previous lateness rather than finding a reasonable solution. I ultimately chose to reschedule with another groomer rather than allow the situation to escalate. Danielle and Tami were much calmer and more professional when they became involved, which I appreciated. I understand policies need to be followed, but there is a major difference between enforcing a policy and making a longtime customer feel uncomfortable, blamed, or unwelcome. I expected better customer service given my history with this location. I have opened a customer-service case regarding the incident and am still waiting for follow-up. I actually had to call the store back myself because the manager had not followed up, and I need my dog’s records so I can have her groomed somewhere else in the meantime. Having to repeatedly follow up just to obtain my dog’s records is completely unprofessional and unnecessary. I hope management takes the time to review what happened and addresses the way customers are treated during difficult situations.

  The vetco people were in, we got our little one her 2nd shots. In a month they will microchip her and get another round of shots. Our puppy loves everyone and they were very good with our baby. Thank you for great service
