Recently, I noticed a little guinea pig all by himself in need of adoption. He was still there last Sunday when we stopped by, so I convinced my partner to help me adopt Bat for our anniversary. The staff at the Waterworks store are absolutely phenomenal. Thank you for helping us find our new best buddy, Batman! <3

And if you choose not to rate them, and let them know how they are doing, they continue to harass you until you do. This business practice HAS TO STOP! They do not honor the unsubscribe from email (which I do believe is illegal!) And continue to harass you for ratings. And after you rate them, they continue to harass you more! Just STOP! Im waiting for their employees to start showing up at my front door asking for ratings. YOU ARE DOING AWFUL! your prices are out of control, the litter bin is often empty, dog food is often found on the carts, not the shelves, I dont often need help, but when I do, an employee on the floor woukd be nice, and then you hire marketers to harass your customers to find out what you coukd do better? Everyrhing! Just do your job, and stop harassing customers, and everything would be better! Its not that hard! God I cant wait to move and stop giving petco money!
