  My dog went for an emergency grooming. It's being so hot lately. They did amazing! Great customer service, pretty fast and he left so happy with his new haircut.

  I typically buy my feeder insects for my other pets at PetCo, so I am frequently in and out of the store. Recently, I noticed a little guinea pig all by himself in need of adoption. He was still there last Sunday when we stopped by, so I convinced my partner to help me adopt Bat for our anniversary. The staff at the Waterworks store are absolutely phenomenal. Thank you for helping us find our new best buddy, Batman! <3

  Petco is overpriced, sometimes majorly, but price-matching with their website has gotten me some great deals!

  After every single visit, they harass you to rate them. Every. Single. Visit. And if you choose not to rate them, and let them know how they are doing, they continue to harass you until you do. This business practice HAS TO STOP! They do not honor the unsubscribe from email (which I do believe is illegal!) And continue to harass you for ratings. And after you rate them, they continue to harass you more! Just STOP! Im waiting for their employees to start showing up at my front door asking for ratings. YOU ARE DOING AWFUL! your prices are out of control, the litter bin is often empty, dog food is often found on the carts, not the shelves, I dont often need help, but when I do, an employee on the floor woukd be nice, and then you hire marketers to harass your customers to find out what you coukd do better? Everyrhing! Just do your job, and stop harassing customers, and everything would be better! Its not that hard! God I cant wait to move and stop giving petco money!

  Vet co is a joke Susan said she couldn’t vaccinate my cat because he hissed. Well Susan you’re stabbing him in the butt with a needle he’s going to hiss. Took him to PetSmart in Cranberry the next day and they vaccinated my hissing cat with no issue. Susan probably shouldn’t be working with animals if she’s afraid of them. Will never visit another Petco ever especially this one because Susan was rude and entitled while not knowing how to do the job she signed up to do. So be careful coming here if your dog barks Susan will probably call the cops on you and try to have your dog put down for being aggressive because she has 0 understanding what job she signed up for. Go to PetSmart and it will be no issue at all.
