I begged the vet to keep my cat, ESA, because he was doing so bad. They refused. He died later that night. The vet was useless.

A bunch of money-grubbing vultures. If I weren’t stuck in a contract, I’d switch vets in a heartbeat. This place treats every visit like a chance to squeeze more money out of you instead of caring about your pet. They keep pushing unnecessary tests even after you’ve repeatedly said no. It feels like they see dollar signs instead of animals. Wasteful, frustrating, and downright awful.

Stay away from the pet “Hospital” ! My Service dog was being treated at this location. About 3 1/2 weeks ago his Simperico Trio was requested to be refilled. The hospital staff sandbagged my request putting my Service dogs health in jeopardy. Until today. When coincidentally his vaccinations were now expired. So in order to get his multiple Medications he now needs a heart worm test to renew the heartworm medications along with the scheduled medications. These people don’t care about your pets. Only money.

My vet was booked 2 months out so they said to go to Banfield in Caste, and they were right. I was there for the first time in an emergency, not life threatening but blood, and they were great. Toodles was so at ease with them, went right along like he'd been there before. They fixed him right up, explained what had happened and what to do. Easy, painless mostly, and the staff was so kind and friendly, and not in that annoying forced way, they are genuinely concerned for your companion.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
