  been going here for close to a year since i moved into the area, thought the service was okay and was always able to get my cats in quickly. but my last visit wasnt so pleasant. i have 3 cats so i made the appointment for all 3 of them since they are a nightmare in carriers and driving , and being anywhere thats not home, plus my boyfriend was able to take a half day to help me. just a regular check up plus nail trimming for them. we got to our appointment right on time , they put us in a room only for us to be sitting in there for 30 minutes and not seeing anyone. vet tech finally came in and started taking the cats back. once all the cats were finally done, we then sat in the same room for another 20 minutes waiting to be discharged. so the long waiting was annoying already but figured maybe it was just extra busy that day. once we got home, my boyfriend saw my ones cats nails and saw they were COMPLETELY butchered. like they basically barely had a nail at all, some were like cut and broken. we were and still are very upset and angry at ourselves for taking them and getting their nails done since it seems they ruined their nails completely. unfortunately wont be back again, dont want to sit and wait in total of close to an hour with 3 stressed cats , and to then find out their nails were done very poorly. not sure if they all focus more on dog care than cats ? but it also seems like the dogs that were coming in got in and out alot quicker and smoother than we did.

  They had no appointments, but I needed to bring my cat in that day so they squeezed me in. They are convenient, easy, no wait!

  Would NOT take an animal here for serious care. My cat was prescribed laxatives repeatedly until he had a prolapse rectum. I was charged for x rays multiple times and was told he was "just constipated". Instead of offering a real solution or referring me to someone that could help I was repeatedly solicited for their "Wellness Program". This place does not care about animals or your pet. They care about profits and money. Now my cat is dead because I sunk over $2000 dollars into this place and had no money left to afford to help him by the time it was too late. Thank you Banfield, you've made my decision to never own a pet again very easy because I can no longer trust my loved ones will be cared for properly by people in this world that won't take advantage of my naivete.

  I begged the vet to keep my cat, ESA, because he was doing so bad. They refused. He died later that night. The vet was useless.

  A bunch of money-grubbing vultures. If I weren’t stuck in a contract, I’d switch vets in a heartbeat. This place treats every visit like a chance to squeeze more money out of you instead of caring about your pet. They keep pushing unnecessary tests even after you’ve repeatedly said no. It feels like they see dollar signs instead of animals. Wasteful, frustrating, and downright awful.
