I can take my dog anytime without appointment , if it's emergency and they're all lacrosse , united states. It is better than an insurance for pet.Because if you use pen insurance , you have to pay out of pocket , then they reimburse you

They were very thorough in telling us what they were going to do, how long it would take, pricing as well. Smitty was so so good with him. We couldn't have asked for better people to care for him. We definitely appreciate them for what they did and will definitely recommend them to anyone

She was fully recovered from the anesthesia by the time I picked her up. Dr. Anit has always done a great job for Popoki, and is my go-to vet at Banfield Pet Hospital North Fayette Township.
- NLNicolette LampDec 8, 20215.0I cannot come close to showing my gratitude to this amazing group of people. No vet would see our cat. Even our own vet. We didn’t thing it was an emergency so we were wanting to avoid fees. Banfield wasn’t accepting walk ins this day due to limited staff but they veterinarian came out and said she’d take him on get him some labs and fluids and meds and to come back. Unfortunately it was way worse then any of us thought but I couldn’t have asked for a better staff to navigate through this time. Everything was explained and they gave us all the time in the world with him. We love all of you and could t have survived with your your support

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
