- CGCharles Girty2 days ago5.0My six year old kitten had to be euthanized. The vet, and all staff members, were warm and kind to Syrup and myself. I felt the same comfort and compassion that I have when gathering with family to say goodbye to a loved one. The folks at Banfield in the Northills are wonderful. Thank you all very much.

However I signed up to pay monthly payments and for almost 2 weeks cannot get established on their website for all the extra things I can get like 24/7 chats because the I was told while chatting with the online group the website it down. I sure got 50 emails about everything I can do on the app that doesn’t allow new people to log in. I cannot see any records for my cat.

I scheduled an appointment on their app. Received a call the same day telling me I needed to reschedule because it’s a diagnostic appointment and 5pm is too late!! I stated he only needs his nails trimmed and they said that’s fine bring him in. I took a half day off of work only to be told I didn’t have an appointment by a very rude staff member at the front desk in glasses and a pony tail… VERY RUDE and IN THE WRONG DAMNED FIELD!!! Afterward the Dr said he would see my pup but I didn’t feel comfortable with the service after the front staff was so rude!!! I will NEVER Go back!!

I called banefield and had to make arrangements of the hardest decision and the staff (especially I think her name was Alli ) was so considerate and nice and took her in right away ! Very professional and also when I picked my babies remains was so surprised to see how nice the box and and they gave me some of her hair and paw prints and cards for her memories!! Price is also most reasonable then other vets

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
