Dont even bother setting an appointment. We set an appointment and received a confirmation. When we arrived for our appointment, we were told that we have no appointment. Then we were told we could wait (for a few hours) until something (MAYBE) comes up. Worst experience ever.

So I took my dog here for his vaccines, two of which required a follow up booster three weeks later the initial charge was $200 for the full compliment of vaccines and the booster was another 130, $60 of which was for the "vet tech wellness assessment." When I complained, everyone up to and including the vet said that they don't set the policy. Well, I hope that the people who do set the policy read this, and come to understand that you build trust and longterm relationships by not charging excessively and nickle and diming customers simply because you can. Serves me right for seeking convenience and not going to my regular, non-corporate chain vet. Lesson learned. (The services were competently delivered and the staff are professional, which is why I'm giving 2 stars instead of one.)

I used to be a member if I went on a tangent about how bad this place is it'd be too long , so here is the points • They talk bad about the people who go Saying if you don't have time or money that you shouldn't have a dog , even if something pops up • They will Hold off, pulling the money for your membership about 1 or 2 days and then overcharge you • They will hound you about getting your dog fixed even if you're not sure if you want to get your dog fixed at this time • And this happen to me after I get my membership canceled Chewy, who needs vet approval, had theirs canceled.Apparently they want to see my dog first even though they've been getting this medicine with no problem and not seeing them
