  Consistently has calling issues and doesnt have option to leave a message. At one point stated they are open until 4pm, since stating open to 6 or 7pm? But will not puck up the phone after 3pm. They either always have phone issues or shut it off after 3pm even tho their site states they are open. This makes it incredibly hard trying to get a call or message to anyone, God forbid it was an emergency. Please work to fix your phone lines

  The vet was very informative looking over my girl carefully. Answered all my questions. Said she looked perfect. 100%. Made suggestions. But I can't exit without mentioning all the ladies. They are a great crew and were wonderful with Molly. Thanks all of you at the clinic.

  Can never get a hold of them, they never answer their phone. I’m calling now during business hours, it only rings once and goes straight to voicemail saying it’s out of hours and it hangs up. I try calling back a few different times and says line is busy terrible phone service. Want to give them a try, but can’t ever reach anyone! Had this happen in September 2025 too and when I finally did get a hold it was a couple months out which is why we went to a different vet. Update 3/24: I was finally able to get a hold of someone this morning. That being said, must have been too busy because I’m wanting to be a new patient, that they would have to call me back later this week regarding openings. I get it can be busy, but you’re a receptionist isn’t it your job to schedule appointments? Like put me on hold for a few minutes to check people in there in person and then help me like normal receptionists/admin do. It’s also frustrating that they don’t have the ability to let customers leave messages on their answering machine Responding to owner response below- it’s hard to reach any of you and book an appointment when no one really answers the phone, AND the website scheduler says yall are booked solid through June.

  My female cat became ill within 24 hours I called first thing in the morning and got in within 45 minutes of my call. Even though I had to do curbside drop off while I waited outside in the car to find out what was wrong with my furbaby and being very anxious they kept me updated while they examined her they were very professional very courteous and very compassionate I truly appreciated their professionalism and genuine kind heartedness during this difficult time thank you all from the bottom of my heart. ❤️
