  Dr. Craven is the top doc there - from my experience he is the one who spends the most amount of time with you, not only addressing medical issues but preventative measures one can take to keep your dog healthy.

  As an ER physician, proper clinical laboratory test ordering should be tests whose outcome would possibly change the patient’s treatment. In the case of Snowball, she’s an over 16-year-old cat who is obviously ready to pass on. The only test she needed was the thyroid hormone level. When I got the bill and saw the blood test that you ordered, I was livid. How dare you take advantage of the fact that my husband is a retired lawyer and has no medical background.

  Dr. Cravens has the magic touch. My cat is a live wire who is (quite literally) bouncing off the walls much of the time. Not sure what happens when he's the presence of Dr. Cravens, but he calms instantly. He lets him doing anything, and looks at him with a face so enthralled, you can practically see the hearts in his eyes. It's truly a sight to be hold, and I'll never go anywhere else!

  I don't think there are enough words to express my gratitude towards the staff, techs, and vets at this office. Like most pet owners with an anxious dog, I am often nervous about any procedures or vet visits because my dog does not always do well with new people in unfamiliar environments. However, I felt at ease leading up to, and even the day of drop off, for my pet's procedure because of the care and attention everyone has at this office. The level of patience and understanding is unmatched, and I felt fully prepared for the procedure day and after care thanks to consistent communication and clarity on every question asked. I could not recommend this practice more for all pet care (we also love them for our annual visits!), and I am grateful to have found a fantastic group of animal lovers to take care of my pet since moving to Philadelphia.

  Many thanks to Dr. Cravens, Dr. Lee, Dr. McMahon and the WOA staff. I greatly appreciate their compassionate care of my two dogs and the detailed info they provide on each visit. Highly recommend!
