We made an appointment for our dog and confirmed it through email exactly as instructed. When we arrived for the appointment, the receptionist repeatedly told us that we had canceled, even after we showed her the confirmation email proving that we had not. She continued to insist over and over that we canceled and said they couldn’t see us. We had been waiting weeks for this appointment, so this was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this vet if you are looking for reliability, accountability, or good customer service.

The entire spectrum of staff: vetinarian, technician, and front desk operate with an obvious caring, competence that has one thinking your visiting a knowledgeable friend rather than a doctor's office.

As with any for profit animal care, it is over priced. However, not as egregiously as others in the area (Heart+Paw or Art City). The vets have always been sooooo kind and lovely. They really are excited and happy to care for my cat in my experience and that means a lot to me. Dr. McMahon and Dr. Cravens were both 10/10 fantastic. For my cat’s care, I see both nonprofit vet clinics(The Bridge Clinic especially) when I can and vets at WoA. I recommend this strategy to manage costs and get second opinions. Anyways, I’ll definitely continue coming to WoA.
