My cat can be very aggressive, especially when getting her nails trimmed. Everyone there is very kind, understanding, compassionate and patient with her.

I had such a wonderful experience at this veterinary office! The entire staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring from the moment we walked in. They treated my cat Anastacio with so much kindness, patience, and compassion, which immediately made me feel comfortable and reassured. The veterinarian took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. You can truly tell that everyone here loves animals and cares about their well-being. It’s not always easy trusting someone with your fur baby, but I felt completely confident that my pet was in great hands. I’m extremely grateful for the excellent care we received and would absolutely recommend this office to anyone looking for a compassionate and trustworthy veterinary team. ❤️🐾

Took our small dog to get groomed. He isn’t easy to handle; especially when it comes to his front paws. The groomer I don’t remember her name. She was a little hesitant about it but she did an excellent job. Looking forward to our next visit. We are happy with the service and everyone was professional and helpful.

They were amazing! My cat is pretty feisty, and when she was a Banfield patient, they had to sedate her for any checks. World of Animals was able to do her full exam and bloodwork while she was fully awake. They handled her with so much care, helped calm her anxiety, and even allowed me to stay in the room during the exam. She’s almost 14, so I really appreciated their patience and gentle approach. Dr. T and her staff provide such personalized care, it felt completely different from the production-like experience we had at Banfield.
