Staff is so rude, I am handicap and was not given my dog medication because I never been there before but my appointment was set online. I am filing an attorney general complaint and my social worker is helping me file discrimination a complaint because they were so rude and they made me come all the way up there while in a wheelchair for nothing, now my dog does not have his monthly medication
