After two separate appointments, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this location to others. Despite paying nearly $200 per visit, the quality of service has been consistently substandard. Specifically: • Incomplete Grooming: On both occasions, my dogs were returned with matted tails. I was told this was due to "winter weather," which is exactly why I sought professional grooming in the first place. Hair was left under their paws, and the requested "princess cut" on their feet was completely ignored. • Paid Services Not Rendered: I paid for teeth cleaning that was clearly not performed. • Management Failure: I contacted the store directly to resolve these issues. I was promised a callback from the Store Manager, but I never received one. As a customer, I expected both professional grooming standards and basic communication. Neither was met. I am returning to PetSmart for future services as I no longer trust this location with my pets' care or my time.
