This place cancelled 2 grooming appointments instead of calling to discuss any "personal" concerns or issues AFTER I had spoke with them about making the appointment. I would've provided all the items needed to accommodate the groomers' FEAR of cutting my 2 (less than 20lbs) dogs hair. Neither dog has had incidents at any daycare/grooming places. So thanks for the unilateral cancellation
