  Saturday May 16th around 2 o’clock I went into the store and looked around for a cart I was approached by an associate who asked if he could help me find something. I said yes I needed a cart because what I was buying was heavy. He looked around store but none were there not being used He took it upon himself to go outside and get me one which I appreciated so much. I’m 76 yrs and it’s hard for me to walk. He also rang my things at register What an asset to your store Judy Kozlowski

  Wow, what a rapid decline in Petco. Ordered for store pickup. Zero employees to be found. I walked around looking for help and waited for a full 5 minutes. By this time, 3 people were in line waiting for a cashier. Finally, a young employee came walking towards all of us (someone in line went looking for help) at turtle speed....Zero sense of let me get there to help these customers....she said nothing like sorry for the wait etc. Mark my words you will see Petco go out of business very soon. Completely unacceptable on every level.

  This location has what I need. Most of the staff is helpful, but it can seem understaffed sometimes. Could be more sales items available it’s expensive. Store is basically clean but when staff is low there are pee puddles all over. Not staffs fault it’s done, but I’m not even sure where the cleanup station is and it should be more than one and visible.
