  I used to be a loyal customer and go here twice or once a week but I shall never return anymore. I go to the Bensalem location instead now. 1. There was a time I visited to buy bearded dragon due to a 50% off discount event with other various items and animals, not just the reptiles. I always remember the discount date - that day was the last day. When I arrived, they all removed the discount label. I asked him an employee 5 times already, he always says no like I misunderstood. I left then I saw the manager. I confirmed with her again then she agreed to sell me at the discount price. But at the end, her explanation was “there might be some misunderstanding?”. Wow, you guys literally took down the discount label even that was the last day. That was still very early, around 10 AM 2. There was an employee keeps calling me “boy” and “baby” even though I have mustache and look old enough. I politely corrected that person but it still happened later. 3. I came to buy a hamster. Again, discount event. Last week, there was a discount for the hamsters with no date period for it, I asked around and got told that discount would stay for a long time. But wow, next week, gone. But that is not that important. I still wanna buy the hamster anyway. I showed the employee my cage. It was a Marketplace cage, a picture so she didn’t accept it, which is understandable. The cage was def big enough. Then I told my family to video call with the cage. I took a screenshot with the cage. SHE DIDN’T EVEN BOTHER TO LOOK AT MY PICTURE AND IGNORED ME FOR 12 MINUTES LOOKING FOR THE MANAGER ??? Like wow, you could just solve this by looking at my picture and done. No, she chose to completely ignore me. It’s not like I begged or insisted her for letting me buy it for a couple of times. I WAS REALLY POLITE. SHE DECLINED ME, I UNDERSTOOD, THEN I JUMBED ONTO THE VIDEO CALL TO TAKE A PIC OF MY REAL CAGE. I DIDN’T EVEN INSIST HER FOR A SINGLE TIME. BUT SHE CHOSE TO IGNORE ME EVERY TIME SHE WALKED PAST ME (like 4 times) ???? SHE COULD HAVE JUST LOOKED AT MY PIC FOR A SECOND BUT NO, SHE COMPLETELY IGNORED ME LIKE I’M SOME SORT OF A KAREN EVEN I WAS SO POLITE. Her facial expression and behavior were like I am some sort of evil maniac that will devour the hamster or I am not even worthy to get spent time for. Then after 12 minutes of ignoring me, she finally met the manager. They discussed a little more in their private room for ANOTHER 20ish minutes. They wasted more than half an hour of my time. Then what ? Wow, the manager came out, I GOT IGNORED BY THE EMPLOYEE AGAIN AS SHE WALKED PAST ME. Then the manager came to talk to me. And wow, she declined me again even SHE DIDN’T BOTHER TO LOOK OR ASK FOR MY PIC TO CLARIFY ONLY AFTER I MENTIONED MY PIC. She just simply declined listening to one side of her employee. Marvelously !!! Then I showed my pic, the manager finally accepted it. But wow, her explanation was “she was very passionate for her job”. Wow. Very passionate enough to completely ignore a young polite man without bothering to hear him for a single time and completely wasted more than half an hour for a hamster. Then the manager keeps on telling me to buy the bedding, even though I already had bedding at home. I just wanted to get this over with, worst customer service experience ever. After getting the hamster, I walked around the store to look around. I met that employee again. She still ignored me but gave me an angry glance. Wow. -> Worst customer experience ever in my life. WILL NEVER RETURN. 4. Their superworm cups are usually not enough as labeled and they are mostly dead and too dry. 5. I really miss the old manager (a nice guy with the beard -> Rupen ? i forgot his name). He was reallly nice and the main reason I chose the shop here. There was another good employee that I befriended with. He was African American, tall, long curly hair, thin. -> Beside them, the staffs now are quite mannners-limited

  It is a shame that the place dies not offer a variety of little cesars dog food.

  Everything time I go to this location is at the last resort - tanks are horrible filled with dead fish & the meal worms & superworms are always dead in the containers. The store is dreadful.

  Place never has crickets ever. Staff is never to be found and only 1 person actually in a good mood wanting to work

  They sold me dog food with dead & live bugs & mold in it. Absolutely disgusting.
