We walked right in and went into one of the waiting rooms. The Nurse and Doctor looked at her and gave me antibiotics and even cleaned her ears. They were super friendly and the office is set up perfectly and very clean. I will definitely come back for all my pets checkups. Thanks again for helping Fae

As a first-time cat mom, I was honestly a little nervous about getting my cat’s nails cut, but the entire team made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in. They were incredibly gentle and patient with my cat, and what really stood out was that they didn't just take Ivy and cut her nails…Dom offered to have someone teach me! Valerie was patient and kind, she took the time to teach me how to safely trim her nails at home. They walked me through each step, gave helpful tips, and made sure I felt confident before I left. She wrapped my sweet Angel in her own jacket!! I was shaking and Valerie was encouraging and giving me so much positive feedback. It felt more like a supportive learning experience than just a quick appointment. The staff was kind, knowledgeable, and clearly loves what they do. If you’re a pet owner recommend them enough. I left feeling empowered, informed, and so grateful I found a place that truly cares about both pets and their humans. Love love love this place!!
