  We’ve had such a positive experience with BondVet Rittenhouse while navigating the process of getting our dog, Jeezy, scheduled for TPLO surgery after being diagnosed with a torn ACL. From the beginning, the team has been incredibly accommodating, thorough, and supportive in helping us understand each step of the process. Jeezy had his pre-op appointment at the Rittenhouse location, and the experience was seamless. The staff took time to answer questions, explain expectations, and make sure we felt prepared for surgery. A special shoutout to Dom, who has been especially communicative, responsive, and helpful leading up to Jeezy’s surgery at the Jersey City location. Having someone consistently keep us informed and supported during what can be a stressful experience has made a huge difference. Really grateful for the care and professionalism from the BondVet Rittenhouse team and hoping for a smooth surgery and recovery ahead for Jeezy!

  Tommy got his vaccines, nails clipped, and an annual check up. All of the staff and medical professions were wonderful. Tommy is a scaredy cat but they made him feel special!

  Bond Vet Rittenhouse has been absolutely amazing! The entire team is incredibly caring, compassionate, and accommodating (Shoutout: Dom, who always goes above and beyond). My dogs can be reactive around other animals, and I truly appreciate that the staff gets us into an exam room right away and even checks the lobby after our appointment to make sure the coast is clear before we leave. That level of thoughtfulness makes such a difference and helps reduce stress for both me and my pups. Everyone has been so patient and kind with my dogs, who can be quite anxious at the vet. It's clear that this team genuinely cares about their patients and their families. I can't recommend Bond Vet Rittenhouse enough!

  Bond Vet Rittenhouse combines the personal care of a small-town veterinarian with the expertise and convenience of a modern Center City practice. The veterinarians and nurses are knowledgeable, compassionate, and take the time to get to know both you and your pet. The facility is spotless, state-of-the-art, and they always find a way to fit our doodle, Jack, in when urgent care is needed. They’ve even saved us unnecessary visits and tests with thoughtful advice over the phone. Best of all, Jack actually loves going to the vet—making Bond Vet truly “Jack approved!”
