  I am so incredibly grateful for the incredible team over at Runaway. I became an unexpected cat owner and am so appreciative of the kindness and professionalism of everyone there. We felt comfortable asking questions and learning a bit more about how to take care of our baby. An absolutely amazing experience and I can't imagine going anywhere else!

  Very friendly, knowledgeable and very comfortable getting down to my dog's level since he was nervous. My dog Nicky felt comfortable with the staff.

  I was lucky enough to have a little feral cat with an infected eye seen to by the now retired Dr Kistler who was filling in. He listend and gave a full diagnosis of what probably was the cause of his infection. Without hesitation he admitted Nelson for surgery that day seeing the urgency required. I picked him up this morning in alert form in cat carrier chauffered him home introduced him to my other cats he then proceeded to talk and purr at every opportunity and displayed a ravenous appetite. I cannot thank Dr Kistler and his staff for looking after Nelson .I would also not hesitate in recomending his surgery and will be registering all my cats here now. Very interesting setting and a great idea to have separate dog and cat waiting rooms !

  Amazing Veterinarian practice with great DVM’s and Techs. A true one stop shop. Our pup like many others does not like going to the doctors. Having a pet store on the property makes it less of a struggle and more of an enjoyable experience because she knows she will get to pick out treats and toys afterwards. They also have a point system where you earn points on services etc that you can use inside their store on toys, treats, food or towards grooming or your pets meds. Absolutely recommend this practice!!
