I had a 4:30 appointment and was still sitting in the waiting room 15 minutes later with no update. When I finally asked what was going on, I was told—very casually—that they were “about 20 more minutes behind.”
There was no communication, no apology, and no respect for my time. Being behind happens—but ignoring patients until they ask is unacceptable.
To make matters worse, the office itself appeared unclean and poorly maintained. For any business—especially one serving the public—cleanliness should be a basic standard, and this fell well below that.
Between the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and questionable cleanliness, this was a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend.

I normally take my beloved fur babies to Colonial Park however, they did not have any immediate openings and referred me to Palmyra.
What a blessing that was!!! The staff was very friendly, just as is Colonial Park, which was very much appreciated.
We saw Dr Brady and he has such a wonderful bedside manor!!! He was very observant and caring to my Precious(Cat)!
He definitely put my mind at ease!
Although they have incredible Vets at Colonial Park, if Palmyra wasn't such an extended drive, I would see him all the time!!!
Thank you Dr Brady!

Very caring staff and we had our needs met....not really sure if we cracked the root cause of our visit. Prices are astronomical, we had an appt and got 2 meds and cream. One being a flea and tick medication. Our price tag was over 600. I get we all have to make a living and everything is expensive. It's just this high even with routine visits. I don't know what's happening at the vets but each time I go it seems to double and triple in cost. I feel sorry for people that own pets and don't have that extra 1,000 just sitting. In their accounts for their pets. Everyone wants care their pets, everyone ......med centers should find a happy medium so they can provide shots and care for their animals. Also, even humans get a follow up free to make sure the problem is gone. 😢

After 13yrs, I knew it was my senior cats time to cross the rainbow bridge as he was showing declining health. We were new patients here and this was our first impression from myself, to my teenage son to our cat.
The ENTIRE staff ( from the front desk to the vet assistant / tech and vet himself ) was patient, caring and understanding with us and our pet in the entire situation as they know it's not just a pet, but a family member. They gave us as much time as needed between every step of everything with no rushing, explaining everything and answering every question while speaking in a soft calm voice. ( My actual vets office, sadly yes is understanding with things but, feeling like they are wanting to line their pockets more instead of do what's best for animals. ) The vet who helped Loki cross over, when I told him it was ok to take him back after it was over, did not treat him like just an animal, but with loving care and carried him back with love and dignity.
Since Loki was family and not just a pet, we opted for private cremation, paw print and I asked if they could also get a snip of hair. I was not expecting to receive my baby back with so much love and treated like he was a family member of someone. ( Mind you, at my vets office, I have had to get a senior ferret put down from a heart murmor, and they did an air clay paw print and he came back in a wooden box and that's all. Not to mention feeling like they are kinda pushing you out the door after everything. ) I had tears of sadness but also tears of aww and love because of the care that was received for him when he came home.
If I get another cat, I am definitely coming here with the compassion that is given by all. I may just transfer my ferrets I have also here for care. I would highly recommend this office for pet care needs just from this highly sensitive interaction.
